This sealer was specially developed to work with a cake eyeliner. It perfects eye makeup, fixes the eyeliner, increases shelf life and makes it more resistant to moisture.

USE:
Moisten a brush with the Cake Eye Liner Sealer and then use the damp brush to activate the Cake Eye Liner.
